Prof Nishit Kumar Sinha Prof. Nishit Kumar Sinha is a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and PGPABM from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. He has a wide experience of working with various organisations in the education sector, including Edu-Tech entrepreneurial experience. He is also the author of multiple books published by Pearson India. His research areas include Personality psychology, Mindfulness, Well-being with a particular focus on financial well-being, and Job performance

Prof. Mit Vachhrajani is a fellow of Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, India. Prior to joining the Indian Institute of Management Indore as a Faculty, he has taught Negotiation at Indian Institute of Management Shillong to PGP and PGP executive participants. He has also served as Visiting Faculty at Indian Institute of Management Ranchi and Adjunct Faculty at Jindal Global Business School. His teaching areas include Leadership, Ethics, Negotiation, Culture, and Communication. Before joining the doctoral programme, he was a faculty at engineering institutes for three years. During his doctoral programme, he presented his research at the Academy of Management conference, European Academy of Management, National Academy of Psychology, and Pan IIM World Management conference. His papers were also accepted at Australia New Zealand Academy of Management, and International Congress of Psychology. His research areas include Ethics, Leadership, Spirituality, Values, and Organisational citizenship behaviour. His work has been published in various journals of national and international repute. He has presented papers and case studies at various conferences in India and abroad. He has also co-authored a book with Raymond Noe, titled ‘Employee Training and Development’, published by the Tata McGraw Hills Publication.
