Dr. D. L. Sunder is a Professor in the area of Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship. He has 29 years of Industrial, Teaching and Consulting experience. He worked in various organisations like HMT Ltd., Indian Carburettors Ltd. etc., before moving to teaching. He served as a faculty at Hindustan College of Engineering, and Sathyabama Engineering College before joining Regional Engineering College Tiruchirappalli, as a Professor in the Department of Management Studies. He was Director, at National Institute of Fashion Technology, Hyderabad before joining IIM Indore. He was also a visiting faculty at BIM, Tiruchirappalli and a guest faculty at IIT Madras. At IIM Indore he has held various positions like Chair – EPGP, Chair – Research & Publications, Chair – Hostel and Student Affairs and Chair – Strategic Management Area. Dr. Sunder has a number of publications to his credit in national and international journals. His areas of interest are Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, Mergers & Acquisitions, Innovation and Scenario planning. He has offered consultancy to various SMEs in the area of New Product Development & Growth Strategies

Dr. Vaijayanthee Anand is currently working as an Assistant Professor (Psychology) at the Indian Institute of Management Indore. She holds a PhD in Management with a specialization in Organizational Behavior from Indian Institute of Technology Madras. Her PhD research has significantly contributed to the area of work-related well-being in the Police Force. She continues to work (research and teaching) in the area of well-being and occupational health. Besides being trained in organizational psychology, she has been trained in the field of victimology and immensely contributed to the victim assistance programs in India and Japan. She has been involved in many projects of national importance such as police suicide (Bureau of Police Research & Development), road rage in India (CSIR-Central Road Research Institute), and victim crisis management (World Society of Victimology). Her experience in the corporate included projects with the Government of Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand where she developed psychometric tools for blue-collared workers. Dr. Vaijayanthee has published in reputed international journals and books. Her research areas include organizational health, occupational stress and well-being, coping, positive psychology, criminal justice behavior and victimology.
