Dr Ankita Chhabra is working as an Assistant Professor in the area of Strategy at the Indian Institute of Management, Raipur. She has experience in leading multiple courses for management graduates, postgraduates and senior industry executives working in blue-chip organisations. She is PhD in Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore. Her research interest is Mergers & Acquisitions, Internationalisation Strategy of firms in Emerging Market and International Business. Her papers are published in top-rated international journals. She has also presented her papers at reputed global conferences such as AOM, AIB and SMS annual meetings.

The senior management programme will give an opportunity to managers who are at the senior or middle level to understand the concepts and theories of management better. The responsibilities of a senior manager include planning and supervising the work of a team. According to the eligibility criteria of IIM Raipur, a candidate should pass a bachelor's degree after passing grade 12 exams, with at least 50% marks or an equal CGPA. In case the candidate belongs to a SC/ST/PwD category, the eligibility criterion is reduced to 45%. One of the vital factors in the IIM Raipur admission eligibility criteria is that other than a graduate degree from a recognized college/university, the candidate should have appeared in the CAT exam and must have scored a minimum score to get shortlisted. The shortlisting at the final round as per IIM Raipur admission criteria happens based on the CAT score which gets maximum weightage.
