Curriculum

The year-long programme involves 165 hours of instruction by IIMC faculty via the Interactive Learning platform, along with a 5-day in-campus module at the IIM campus Kolkata.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 50% aggregate marks, from a recognised university
  • Candidates with less than 50% in graduation but greater than 50% aggregate marks in post-graduation are also eligible
  • Minimum 3 years full-time paid experience in a managerial role after graduation
  • Should be working at the time of applying

Programme Directors

Assessment and Certification

  • Assessment will be done by the institute with evaluation methodology being chosen by the respective faculty
  • Evaluation Methodology includes Written Tests, Online Assignments & Final Examination for each course
  • ACandidates will successfully complete the programme, if they have received ‘Poor’ grades in not more than two courses.
  • IIM Calcutta will confer with “Executive Programme in Operations Management” certificate upon successful completion
  • Those with requisite participation but unable to complete successfully will receive a ‘Certificate of Participation’

Collection of Fee:

  • Programme Fees including campus fee will be collected in name of Times Group (BCCL)
  • Applicable tax will be charged extra on both campus fee and programme fee.

**Off-Campus Stay:

  • Candidates will have the option of making their own stay arrangements during the campus modules
  • They will be required to opt for this option at the time of registering for the programme. No change will be allowed later.
  • The campus visit fee for participants staying off campus during the campus modules will be INR 5000/- per day plus GST. Total Amount to be paid: INR 25,000+GST

  • Domestic Participants: Processing fee contains INR 8,000 towards Registration fee & INR 2,000 towards the programme fees. Processing fee of INR 10,000 is refundable in case the participant’s profile is rejected by IIM Calcutta
