Each participant will do a project under the guidance of one of the course faculty. The project title and faculty guide must be decided before beginning of term III. Each participant will be expected to make a presentation of the project during on-campus module.

Prof. Shobha Tewari

Prof. Shobha Tewari

Assistant Professor & Area Chair, Strategy

Shobha has completed her Ph.D. in Strategy Area from IIM Bangalore. She also holds a Master’s degree in International Business and Bachelor’s in Agricultural Sciences. Prior to her Ph.D., she held various positions in Strategy and Corporate Planning functions and worked in organisations like Jubilant Organosys, IMRB International, and Bharti Airtel Services Ltd. Her dissertation explored the financial slack and strategic decisions relationship in an emerging economy context. Her research focuses on Behavioural Theory of Firm, Corporate Governance, CSR, Innovation and Internationalisation. She has presented her papers in the Strategic Management Society and Academy of International Business Conferences in these areas.
