Prof. Papi Reddy is a faculty in Production and Operations area at IIM Nagpur. Before joining IIM Nagpur, he was involved in designing and developing AI/ML based solutions at the R&D division of Mphasis Ltd., known as NextLabs. Prior to his doctoral studies, he worked with HPCL in the Aviation Services Facility, Chennai. He has taught MBA courses like Operations Management at MYRA School of Business, Mysore and Business Research Methods at Christ University, Bangalore.

Prof. Alok Kumar Singh holds an FPM degree (Fellow in Management) in Operations Management and Decision Sciences area from Indian Institute of Management, Indore. He is a Mechanical Engineer from the College of Technology, G.B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar. He has been actively involved with Steel Authority of India (SAIL), the College of Technology, Pantnagar, IMT, International Management Institute, New Delhi, and IIM Trichy, with MDP’s for private and public sector enterprises like GAIL, ONGC, HPCL, WAPCOS, L&T, Jindal Steel, J.K. papers to name a few. He was actively involved in designing and delivering long duration certificate programmes at IMI New Delhi and IIM Trichy. Prof Singh has published many papers in reputed journals and has attended several conferences in India and abroad. His teaching and research interests span the domain of Operations Management, Project Management, Supply Chain Management and Quantitative Techniques.
