People Analytics is one such discipline which is being reckoned as quintessential for the future of talent management. Who would have thought analytics could help with recruitments and retention along with employee management.

Taught by selected faculty from XLRI, Jamshedpur, the program has been designed to help professionals learn the basics of people analytics and learn to take up challenges like how to collect and analyze data to map talent value chain. In this course, you would be expected to choose an analytic theme relevant to your work context and ensure access to required data for analysis. The themes could be any talent related issue, concern related an HR process such as staffing, training, competence mapping etc that are relevant to your work context and cover all basic aspects of major analytic processes.

  • Graduate in any discipline with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the field of HR.
  • Non HR managers with 5 years of relevant work experience after completion of graduation.

Course Delivery

Duration – 6 months

Programme Delivery:
Programme sessions will be delivered by XLRI faculties on Times Learning platform using direct to participant device (D2D) facility.

Programme Schedule:
Days of the week: Saturday – 3 hours, From 3:30 pm – 6:30 pm
Frequency (per month): 3 sessions per month (till fifth month)
One day Analytic Coaching Workshop in small batches of six participants (during sixth month) based on a predetermined schedule.

Mode of Delivery:
Live lectures, case studies, analytical exercises, experiential evaluation and live project presentations & feedback in small groups
