1. I am a working professional. Do I need to take a break from work to pursue these programmes?

Ans:No, you will not need a break from work. The courses are designed specifically for the working professionals to upgrade their skills and qualifications while working. The classes too are scheduled after office working hours or on holidays.

2. What do you mean by classroom in your city?

Ans: The programmes are offered via State-of-the-art Interactive Learning platform. Two-way audio/video synchronous telecommunication from studio at partner institutes campus. Participants can attend lectures from any of 68 state-of-the-art TSW Learning Centres across 41 cities countrywide.

3. What do you mean by learn anywhere?

Ans: Participants can access the lectures on any of their devices like Desktop, Laptop, tab or smartphones from any where at the scheduled time.

4. Who do I contact for any kind of support? Who do I contact if I am unable to access or have issues with the learning interface?

8. What degree/certificate is issued at the end of the programme?

Ans: Please refer to the programme page for a sample copy of the certificate.

9. Are there any scholarships and financial aid offered to pursue these programmes?

Ans: No. The programmes do not offer any program or scholarship.

10. Is there any instalment facility available?

Ans: Yes, the participants have the convenience of paying the programme fee in instalments depending on the programme selected.

11. Who will be the programme faculty?

Ans: The programmes are delivered by select faculty from the partnering institute.

12. What are the timelines we need to follow in order to apply for programmes?

Ans: Timelines for applying are regularly updated depending upon the schedule of the programme. Please check the individual programme page for your preferred programme for the timelines.

13. What is the minimum attendance requirement for the programme?

Ans: Most of the programmes require an attendance of 75%-80% in order to gain the ‘Course Completion’ Certificate, else the participants receive only a ‘Course Participation’ certificate. In addition, attendance of the in-campus immersion is mandatory.

14. Do all the courses/programmes ensure an Alumni status of the collaborating institute?

Ans: Most of the programmes offer an Alumni status of the collaborating institute, however a few do not. Please check the individual programme page for your preferred programme for Alumni Status.

15. My professional background is in a different field from the course I prefer to take up. How much background knowledge is needed to enrol into a programme?

Ans: Most of the programmes offered are generic and can be taken up by people from different backgrounds, however, few specialized programmes such as those related to IT, etc., need a professional background in that specific field.

16. How much time am I required to invest per week, after enrolling into the programme?

Ans: The participants need to invest anywhere between 5-10 hours per week, after enrolling into a programme.

17. Is attendance mandatory for the in-campus immersion? Do I have to pay additionally for the on-campus stay?

Ans: Yes, it is mandatory to attend the in-campus immersion to complete the course. No, the participants are not required to pay additionally for on-campus stay, as the expenses have been included in the programme fee.

18. What if I miss the in-campus immersion? Can I still get the course completion certificate?

Ans: No, a participant does not get the ‘Course Completion’ certificate if s/he does not attend the in-campus immersion.

19. Are these programmes recognized/accepted by other academic institutes and the industry, within and outside India, to help me in furthering my career or academic pursuits?

Ans: The eligibility of programs for further industry / academic validity is established by the institution accepting the credentials. We shall be happy to assist you with a sample copy of the certificate.

20. Who provides the study material for the programme? Do I have to pay additionally for the study material?

Ans: The partnering institute provides all the study material. No, participants need not pay additionally for the study material, as the charges are included in the programme fee. However, the programme faculty may recommend other text books that could be of help to the participants, which they need to purchase on their own (if interested).

21. If I accept an admission offer, am I enrolled as a student of the partnering institution or that of TSW?

Ans: After accepting an admission offer, the applicant is enrolled as a student of the partnering institution and not of TSW.

22. Is placement assistance provided after successful completion of the programme?

Ans: Executive Education programmes cater to working professionals therefore, no placement assistance is provided to the participants.

23. Can I enrol for more than one course at the same time, from the same institution or different institutions?

Ans: Yes, one can enrol for multiple programme from same or different institutes.

24. What happens if I decide to discontinue/withdraw from the programme after registering for the course? Will I get the refund?

Ans: The decision to withdrawal and re-join any program is at the sole discretion of the institute and in line with the institute policy. However, it may be not that all fees are non-refundable.

25. Is there an application fee? Whom should I pay the fee to? What are payment methods available to pay my fees?

Ans: Yes, application fee is applicable for all programmes. Application fee varies from programme to programme. Please check the individual programme detail page for your preferred programme.

26. How do I submit my application? What are the documents and information required to complete my application? What do I do, if I have problem logging on to the application page?

27. What happens after I submit an application? How do I accept an offer of admission?

28. Should I mandatorily attend the live sessions? What if I miss a live session? Can I have access to the recorded version, in case I missed the live session, or I want to go back and refer to the lecture? Can I download the videos and material to refer later?

Ans: Minimum attendance is compulsory as per the institute policy. Recorded session is provided (if permitted by the institute) via raising a ticket on [email protected]

29. Can I download the videos and material to refer later?

Ans:All sessions are live and cannot be downloaded. All content is protected by IPR policies and is for restricted use only.
